We will start our tour from the magnificent Monastery of Agia Triada Its facade with Doric columns contains also elements of Renaissance architecture. The Tzagarolon Monastery, a patriarchal monastery, is still in function and is now one of the most important monasteries on Crete, with a huge impact on the culture of the island. The next destination is the wonderful city of Chania is one of the most beautiful cities in Crete, one might even say of Greece and is the second most populated city on the island.
